Nous sommes ravis de vous communiquer que, comme chaque année, l’AFEC a crée un groupe de travail pour prendre en charge le rapport français sur les questions A et B qui seront débattues au prochain congrès de la Ligue internationale de droit de la concurrence. Celui-ci aura lieu à Genève du 6 au 9 octobre 2016 .

La question A,pour laquelle le rapporteur international est Stepen Dnes, Dundee University (GB) est la suivante : »In the case of pharmaceuticals, in what way should the application of the competition rules be affected by the specific characteristics of those products and markets (including consumer protection rules, the need to promote innovation, the need to protect public budgets, and other public interest considerations) ?”

La question B pour laquelle le rapporteur international est Simon Holzer, Meyerlustenberger – Lachenal (Suisse), est la suivante : “What rules should govern claims by suppliers about the national or geographic origin of their goods or services ?”

Les rapports nationaux font désormais l’objet d’une publication en langue anglaise chez Springer.
